Broccoli chicken casserole
- 2 lb broccoli
- 8 large chicken breasts, boneless, and skinless
- 1 pints chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt more if needed
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1 1/2 tbsp File
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit
- In an oven/stovetop safe pan add butter, broth, salt, turmeric, broccoli, and onions cook till chicken is done.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces.
- Add cream, parmesan cheese, and File stir well .
- Add cheese and bacon on top bake in oven till bacon is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
