Three Vegetable Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn English peas in butter sauce
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn baby lima beans in butter sauce
- 1 (16 ounce.) can French style green beans, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- Cook peas and limas according to package directions, but don't drain.
- Combine peas, limas, and remaining ingredients, except butter and stuffing mix; stir to combine.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 2-qt casserole.
- Combine butter and stuffing mix; sprinkle over vegetables.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
