Three Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook peas and limas according to package directions, but don't drain.
  2. Combine peas, limas, and remaining ingredients, except butter and stuffing mix; stir to combine.
  3. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-qt casserole.
  4. Combine butter and stuffing mix; sprinkle over vegetables.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly.
  6. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
