Anytime Thanksgiving Burgers Recipe

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. butter over medium heat.
  3. Add in the celery and onions and saute/fry till softened, about 5 min.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and add in the stuffing mix, broth, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning; mix well.
  5. Let the mix cold completely, then transfer to a large bowl.
  6. Fold in the chicken and parsley.
  7. Form into 5 or possibly 6 equal-sized patties.
  8. Add in the remaining butter to the skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  9. Add in the patties and brown for 1 minute per side.
  10. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 4 to 5 more min per side, till the patties are cooked through and spring back when touched.
  11. NOTE: Top each burger with a tsp.
  12. of cranberry sauce or possibly cranberry relish for which complete Thanksgiving taste...anytime!
