Death By Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chunks.
  7. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 14 to 15 minutes or just until golden brown.
  9. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute.
  10. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
