Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing Recipe
- 8 Tbsp. Water
- 2 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, fat free
- 8 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 cl Garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oregano Black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- Mix all in a jar and shake vigorously.
