Creamy Country Dressing

• 12 cup low fat cottage cheese
• 12 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 13 cup bottled low-sodium chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh onion
• 1 tablespoon very finely chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Store in a covered jar and refrigerate until needed.
4. Shake well before using.
