Barbequed Halibut
- 2 lbs halibut fillets
- 12 cup butter
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Pat halibut dry with paper towels.
- Melt butter and stir in lemon juice, dill, pepper, minced garlic and parsley.
- Wrap fillet and butter mixture tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place on rack over hot coals and grill for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
- Spoon butter sauce over each serving.
