Liverwurst Party Spread Recipe

• 1 pound liverwurst (mashed with fork)
• 1 chopped garlic clove
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
• 3 tbsp. chopped onion

1. Blend first 4 ingredients.
2. Shape into a mound and refrigeratewhile preparing the topping.
3. Spread topping on liverwurst mound and refrigerateovernight.
4. Decorate with sliced olives.
