Middle of the Week Easy Shepards Pie #SP5
- 1 (22 ounce) can beef gravy
- 1 (2 lb) package deli roast beef (sliced)
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen vegetables
- 1 (16 ounce) container Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
- 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 13" by 9" pan or baking dish with Cooking Spray.
- Cook Simply Potatoes in Microwave as directed on package.
- Cook Frozen Vegetables in microwave at half of time on package.
- Cut Roast Beef into 1" squares.
- Mix Beef with Gravy,& season to your taste.
- (I like Montreal Steak Seasoning).
- Spread Roast beef mixture evenly in Baking dish or pan.
- Spread Vegetables evenly on Beef Mixture.
- Spread Simply Potatoes on Vegetables.
- Cover with Aluminum Foil.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Sprinkle Cheese on potatoes (as much as you like).
- Bake uncovered for 5 minutes,(or until Cheese is melted,& starting to brow.
- Serve with Bicuits.
