Flax and Corn Cracker-Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredientsexcept for 1 teaspoon of the saltto make a moist dough.
  3. On a piece of parchment paper that will fit on a baking sheet, roll out the dough as thin as you can.
  4. Cut the dough into cracker-chips of whatever size you like using a pizza cutter.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining teaspoon of salt.
  6. Place the parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake cracker-chips for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and place crackers-chips that have lightly browned onto a cooling rack.
  9. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until all cracker-chips are done.
  10. Let them cool before eating; they become more crisp and crunchy as they cool.
  11. Enjoy!
