Lemon-Garlic Baked Tilapia

  2. Preheat your broiler.
  3. In a small bowl mix garlic, lemon juice, butter, panko and a few sprinkles of salt and pepper.

  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with Pam, or any cooking spray.
  6. Place tilapia fillets on the tray and sprinkle with Old Bay.
  7. Put it into the oven and broil (525 F) for 2-4 minutes, or until fish is cooked.
  8. 3.
  9. Take the fillets out of the oven, flip, sprinkle with Old Bay and broil again until white, another 2+ minutes.
  10. 4.
  11. Take the fillets out again and spoon lemon-garlic mixture on top of each one.
  12. Broil until the topping is golden.
  13. 5.
  14. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
