Lemon-Garlic Baked Tilapia
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Panko Breadcrumbs
- Salt And Pepper
- 3 whole Tilapia Fillets
- 4 pinches Old Bay Seasoning, Divided
- 18 cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- Cooking Spray (ex: Pam)
- 1.
- Preheat your broiler.
- In a small bowl mix garlic, lemon juice, butter, panko and a few sprinkles of salt and pepper.
- 2.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with Pam, or any cooking spray.
- Place tilapia fillets on the tray and sprinkle with Old Bay.
- Put it into the oven and broil (525 F) for 2-4 minutes, or until fish is cooked.
- 3.
- Take the fillets out of the oven, flip, sprinkle with Old Bay and broil again until white, another 2+ minutes.
- 4.
- Take the fillets out again and spoon lemon-garlic mixture on top of each one.
- Broil until the topping is golden.
- 5.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
