Favourite Meatloaf

• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup, divided
• 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
3. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
5. Mix meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites.
6. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with remaining ketchup.
7. Bake 55 min.
8. to 1 hour or until done (160F).
9. Top with cheese; bake 2 min.
10. or until melted.
