An Apple A Day Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Coat both sides of pork chops proportionately with cooking spray.
  2. Combine rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub mix proportionately on both sides of pork; set aside.
  4. Cook apple, raisins, and currants in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 5 min.
  5. Add in 1/4 c. wine, stirring constantly, till most liquid is evaporated.
  6. Add in remaining wine, and cook 15 min or possibly till mix is thickened.
  7. Cook pork chops in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 min on each side or possibly till done.
  8. Top with apple mix.
  9. Garnish, if you like.
  10. This recipe yields 6 servings.
