Thai Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle.
  2. Spread the peanut sauce on the crust.
  3. Top with chicken, carrots, bean sprouts and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for about 11-13 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.
