Thai Chicken Pizza
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough, Pre-made Or From Scratch, Enough For 1 Large Pizza
- 1 cup Peanut Sauce (store Bought, I Use Archer Farms - From Target))
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 1/2 cups Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cups Bean Sprouts
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle.
- Spread the peanut sauce on the crust.
- Top with chicken, carrots, bean sprouts and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 11-13 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
