Zucchini Fruit Square

• 1 cup grated zucchini
• 34 cup margarine, softened
• 12 cup white sugar
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 34 cups flour
• 12 teaspoon baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 34 cup raisins
• 12 lb mixed fruit
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1 12 cups icing sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream margarine and sugars.
2. Add eggs and vanilla and beat.
3. Mix fruit and raisins with dry ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients and zucchini to creamed mixture.
5. Grease a jelly roll pan, 15 1/2" x 10 1/2".
6. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Ice when cool.
8. Icing; Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
