Mom's Crab Balls/Cakes

  1. Mix Crab meat, Bread crumbs & Parsley.
  2. Mix all egg mixture ingredients togeether.
  3. Join Crab and Egg mixtures together.
  4. Form into balls (ping pong sized balls).
  5. Deep Fry at 350F until outside is golden.
  6. (about 7 or so minutes).
  7. FOR CRAB CAKES:.
  8. Form mixture into 6-10 cakes.
  9. Fry in pan with just enough oil to prevent sticking until they are browned (about 5 min per side).

lump crabmeat, white bread, parsley flakes, egg, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, bay seasoning, baking powder, mustard
