Heavenly Mashed Sweet Potatoes

• 1-1/4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2 large), peeled, coarsely chopped
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Return to pan.
4. Add bananas and butter; mash to desired consistency.
5. Stir in dressing and ginger.
