Spanish Pan Souffle
- 1 box brown rice
- 4 large eggs
- 4 ounces green chili peppers chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cheese grated
- Cook contents of box according to package directions.
- When the rice is done, add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and stir.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 325F (160C).
