Apple Fantasy Dessert Recipe

• 2/3 c. Flour
• 3 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 x Egg whites
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Brown sugar
• 3 tsp Vanilla
• 3 c. Apples, cut fairly small, Skins on is fine.

1. Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and vanilla and beat well.
2. Add in dry ingredients and mix.
3. Dump in apples and stir till proportionately distributed.
4. Bake in a deep baking dish, 45 min at 350.
5. Serve with custard.
