Wiener Sausage and Egg Flower For Bento
- 1 few Wiener sausage
- 1 Egg
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash less than 1/2 teaspoon Katakuriko
- 1 dash less than a teaspoon Water
- Cut the wiener sausages to your desired length, then make three shallow slices horizontally and vertically into one end.
- Brown in a skillet.
- Mix together the egg, salt, katakuriko, water (mix the katakuriko with the water first).
- Make 1 sheet of usuyaki tamago.
- Cut the fried egg sheet to the same length as the wiener sausages.
- Cut slices into one end to create a fringe.
- Wrap the wieners with the egg and secure with a toothpick to finish.
