Karen's Pot Roast
- 4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 -6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 small bag baby carrots
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 34 cup water
- 34 cup brown sugar
- Set Oven to 350.
- Season Roast with spices.
- Bake 30 Min, turn over and bake 30 Min more.
- Add Potatoes and Carrots.
- Mix together Chili Sauce, Water, Brown Sugar, pour over roast and vegetables.
- Cover and bake 2 hours.
