Farmers Market Thin Crust Pizza with Burrata & Chicken Sausage
- 1 pound Pizza Dough, Homemade Or Store-bought
- 1- 1/4 cup Favorite Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Burrata
- 1 whole Zucchini, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 pounds Ground Chicken Sausage, Cooked
- 1/2 cups Grilled Corn Kernels
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Fontina Cheese, Shredded
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Basil (garnish)
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle (generally 9 x 13).
- Place pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on top leaving a one inch border for the crust.
- Next, dollop some of the burrata on top of the pizza sauce.
- Then sprinkle zucchini, red onion, chicken sausage, corn, grape tomatoes and the cheese over the top.
- Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Bake pizza for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
