Small Red Potatoes Recipe

  1. Heat butter in skillet with tight fitting lid.
  2. Add in potatoes; cover and reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Cook for 30 min, turning potatoes 2 or possibly 3 times.
  4. Remove potatoes with slotted spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  6. Serves 6.
