Small Red Potatoes Recipe
- 15 to 16 sm. new potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced parsley or possibly parsley flakes
- Heat butter in skillet with tight fitting lid.
- Add in potatoes; cover and reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook for 30 min, turning potatoes 2 or possibly 3 times.
- Remove potatoes with slotted spoon.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Serves 6.
