Bruschetta
- 10 Cherrytomatoes chooped
- 1/4 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh Basil chopped
- 1 tbsp Oliveoil
- 1 Salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste
- 75 grams Mozzarella chopped
- 6 slice Ciabatta bread
- 6 tbsp Oliveoil
- Preheat oven to 200C top-heat.
- Sprinkle the breadslices with the oliveoil on both sides and put on a backing sheet covered with some non-stick paper.
- Put the bread into the oven for about 2 minutes on each side or untill its golden brown and crispy.
- Mix all the ingredience for the topping in a small bowl and season it with salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste.
- Take the bread out of the oven and put the topping on top.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
