Bruschetta

  1. Preheat oven to 200C top-heat.
  2. Sprinkle the breadslices with the oliveoil on both sides and put on a backing sheet covered with some non-stick paper.
  3. Put the bread into the oven for about 2 minutes on each side or untill its golden brown and crispy.
  4. Mix all the ingredience for the topping in a small bowl and season it with salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste.
  5. Take the bread out of the oven and put the topping on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
