Cheesy steak and mushroom Quesadilla

• 1/4 cup left over steak
• 1/4 cup saute mushrooms and onions
• 2 soft tortillas
• 1 cup Any cheese of your choice
• 1 cheese sauce I make home made
• 1 taco sauce

1. In a skillet on medium heat put a tortilla down and let it brown for a little bit.
2. Add half of cheese let melt.
3. Add meat and mushrooms.
4. Add cheese on top of meat.
5. Add cheese sauce and taco sauce.
6. Top other tortilla and flip over and let other side turn brown.
7. Take out of pan and cut in half and then in thirds.
8. Top with taco sauce on top.
9. It's so good.
10. Enjoy.
