Spicy Black Pepper Mushrooms
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 4 Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Paste
- 4 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 3/4 pounds, 2-18 ounces, weight White Mushrooms, Cut Into Fourths
- Optional Garnish: Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
- 1) Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and saute until dark brown.
- 2) Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- 3) Add tomatoes and saute for another 2 minutes.
- 4) Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, and garam masala.
- Stir well, then add mushrooms.
- 5) Continue to cook it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
- When you are ready to serve, garnish it with chopped coriander.
