Spicy Black Pepper Mushrooms

  1. 1) Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and saute until dark brown.
  3. 2) Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. 3) Add tomatoes and saute for another 2 minutes.
  5. 4) Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, and garam masala.
  6. Stir well, then add mushrooms.
  7. 5) Continue to cook it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
  8. When you are ready to serve, garnish it with chopped coriander.
