Stuffed Mozzarella Chicken
- 8 pieces Chicken Cutlet
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 1 box Stuffing Mix, Any Flavor
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 bottle Roasted Red Pepper Dressing And Marinade
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine dry stuffing mix, undrained tomatoes, cheese and herbs.
- Place a small amount on each cutlet and secure with toothpicks.
- Continue until all 8 cutlets are prepared.
- Place in a 9 x 13 in glass dish and pour dressing over everything.
- Top with additional cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
