Plum Pudding Porridge
- 12 cup oats (quick cooking)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 dash salt
- 50 -100 g plum pudding (cooked and cooled)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the oats and salt.
- Add the honey and milk.
- Crumble in as much plum pudding as you like and mix.
- Put in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes depending on your microwaves wattage.
- Make sure to stir every 1 minute to check on the consistency.
- Serve with a dash of cold milk or cream.
