Skewered Surf & Turf with Grilled Vegetables

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
  3. Reserve half the dressing mixture to serve with the grilled shrimp and meat.
  4. Grill vegetables 10 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with some of the remaining dressing mixture.
  6. Meanwhile, thread steak onto 5 skewers and thread shrimp onto 5 separate skewers.
  7. Add to grill along with vegetables.
  8. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  9. or until shrimp turn pink and steak is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture.
  10. Remove vegetables from grill; cut off stems and remove seeds from peppers.
  11. Chop all vegetables into 1-inch pieces.
  12. Place on serving platter.
  13. Top with shrimp and steak skewers.
  14. Drizzle with reserved dressing mixture.
