Healthy Gyuudon (Beef & Rice Bowl) with Shirataki Noodles

  1. Blanch the shirataki noodles and cut them into pieces.
  2. Cut the onion into 1 cm pieces.
  3. Add the dashi stock to a pot.
  4. Bring to a boil and add the beef, onions, and shirataki.
  5. Add the ingredients.
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. It's done.
  8. Fill a bowl with rice.
  9. Top with the gyuudon ingredients and garnish with red pickled ginger or a poached egg.
