Easy Gazpacho Recipe
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 c. water
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 finely minced tomato
- 1/2 c. finely minced green pepper
- 1 c. finely minced cucumbers
- Parsley flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth sealable qt or possibly 1 1/2 qt container.
- Chill.
- Shake before serving.
- Serve with cheddar cheese, crackers, olives, cut up vegetables.
- Serve chilled.
