Crockpot Flank Steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds beef, flank steak (london broil)
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper fresh ground, to taste
- 23 cup pineapple juice
- 13 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons thai chile sauce sweet
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add flank steak and sear until browned on both sides.
- Place flank steak in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the flank steak.
- Cook on LOW setting for 8 hours or HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours.
