Peanut Butter S'more Bars
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 pkg. (400 g) graham wafers, broken into small pieces
- 2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
- Bring corn syrup and sugar to boil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add butter; stir until melted.
- Add peanut butter; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Add graham pieces; stir until evenly coated.
- Press half the graham mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle with 1 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Repeat layers.
- Press firmly into bottom layers to secure.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm before cutting into bars.
