Fillet of Flounder Au Gratin

  1. Arrange fish in a greased baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Stir in flour, onion flakes & basil.
  4. Cook until it starts to bubble.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Cook 5-10 minutes more, stirring constantly.
  7. Add lemon juice + pepper.
  8. Pour sauce over fish.
  9. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  10. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
