Strawberry-Rhubarb Pound Cake Dessert

  1. Cook rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and water in saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until rhubarb is desired tenderness, stirring frequently.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Spoon about 1/4 cup rhubarb mixture over each cake slice just before serving; top with 2 Tbsp.
  6. COOL WHIP.
