Hot Dog Provencale
- 8 each frankfurters (hot dogs)
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup onions minced
- 1 each garlic cloves minced
- 8 ounces tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp.
- Drain most of bacon fat.
- Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
- Add hot dogs, cover and simmer about 15 min.
