Italian Sausage and Kale Stuffing
- 1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
- 4 cups chopped stemmed kale
- 3 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- Crumble sausage into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain sausage; return to skillet.
- Add kale; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until kale is softened.
- Remove sausage mixture from skillet.
- Cover to keep warm.
- Use same skillet to prepare stuffing mixes as directed on package.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sausage mixture and nuts.
