Italian Sausage and Kale Stuffing

  1. Crumble sausage into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain sausage; return to skillet.
  3. Add kale; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or until kale is softened.
  5. Remove sausage mixture from skillet.
  6. Cover to keep warm.
  7. Use same skillet to prepare stuffing mixes as directed on package.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in sausage mixture and nuts.
