Chocolate-Ganache Glaze

  1. Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat, and add chocolate and corn syrup.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, and let cool, stirring often.
  6. Use immediately.
