My Egg Bake With Chorizo

• 6 eggs
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 2 slice Ham
• 2 slice black pudding
• 1/2 A Chorizo cut up all
• 1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese grated
• 1 I sprinkle of Worsestershire sauce

1. Crack the eggs and pour in a mixing bowl and whisk for 2 mins then add milk and salt &I pepper to taste
2. Cut up the ham into small pieces
3. Cut the slices of black pudding into cubes and add to the Egg mix
4. Add tomato cut into small pieces add it to the Egg mix
5. Cut up the chorizo and add to the Egg
6. Grease an oven dish with Butter add the mix to it and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes
7. Take out sprinkle cheese on sprinkle some Worsestershire sauce on top and put back in for 5 mins until the cheese is done melted and a little brown
