Soft Chocolate Cookies

  1. preheat oven 375, large mixing bowl beat shortening & brown sugar, add eggs & vanilla, stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt.
  2. Alternating flour & sour cream using a wooden spoon stir in bakin' pieces
  3. Drop by rounded tsp 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 9-11 mins or until edges are lightly browned.
  5. Transfer to wire racks & let cook.
  6. Makes 60 Cookies
