Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine hot sauce, butter, and ketchup in a bowl; reserve 1/4 cup mixture.
  3. Add chicken to remaining mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Marinate, 20 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill chicken, covered, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
  7. Grill buns until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Spread dressing on buns.
  9. Serve chicken topped with Blue Cheese-Apple Slaw (directions below) and drizzled with reserved sauce between buns.
  10. To make the slaw: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
