Classic Old Fashioned Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10-inch cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the water and ketchup, and mix together until well blended.
  3. Be careful not to handle the meat mixture too much.
  4. Shape into a round bun and place in the cast iron skillet.
  5. Pour water halfway up in the skillet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until meatloaf is done.
  7. Spoon ketchup over the meatloaf and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
