Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting
- 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (12 oz.), broken into pieces
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Cool 5 min.
- Mix sour cream, corn syrup and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
- Stir in melted chocolate until smooth.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until spreading consistency.
