Better Than Potato Salad Recipe

  1. Add in the ginger and curry pwdr to the water when you cook the rice.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rice, radishes, Large eggs, cucumber, celery and onion.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and sale; mix well.
  4. Pour over rice mix and toss.
  5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  6. Better if refrigerated overnight.
  7. Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
  8. I added the curry pwdr and ginger ; omitted the salt.
