Chestnuts with Rice

  1. Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine until brown.
  2. Add flour and blend.
  3. Gradually add stock.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add peeled and chopped chestnuts and mix well.
  6. Season.
  7. Add white wine, heat to boiling point and serve over rice.
