4 Layer Lemon Delight Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 cube melted butter
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 x 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. cold whip
- 2 sm pkgs. of lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Layer 1:Flatten in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350^ for 15 min.
- Cold.
- Layer 2:Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add in cold whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Layer 3:Beat together about 2 min and spoon over second layer.
- Layer 4:Put remainder of cold whip on top.
- Top with minced nuts.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving.
