Apricot Cobbler Recipe

  1. Fruit base: In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon & nutmeg.
  2. Stir in water; bring to a boil over medium heat.Boil & stir for 1 minute; reduce heat.
  3. Add in apricots & butter; heat through.
  4. Pour into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
  5. Cobbler: Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr & salt in a bowl.
  6. Cut in butter till crumbly.
  7. Stir in lowfat milk just till moistened.
  8. Spoon over warm apricot mix.
  9. Bake at 400F for 30-35 min or possibly till golden & a toothpick inserted into the cobbler part comes out clean.
