Crouton Chicken Parmesan
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 30 ounces, weight Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless
- 24 ounces, fluid Prego Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/4 cups Basil, Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella, Shredded
- 4 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 5 ounces, weight Croutons, Garlic Flavored
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place olive oil and garlic on the bottom of a 9 x13 baking dish.
- Add red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Top with spaghetti sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped basil.
- Add half the mozzarella and half the parmesan cheese.
- Layer with croutons.
- Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
