No Bake Coffee Cookie Roll

  1. Sift icing sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add egg whites.
  3. Whisk until foamy and thick.
  4. Add ground coffee
  5. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  6. Let cool down slightly then pour over the egg white mixture
  7. Next, add crushed cookies and alcohol if desired.
  8. Combine with a spoon and pour in a mold.
  9. Mixture will be thin
  10. Put in the freezer until cold, then keep in the fridge for 2 weeks max.
  11. Enjoy :)
