Spinach Roll Ups

• 1 (18 ounce) package flour tortillas
• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 1 bunch fresh spinach
• 78 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch dip
• 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you like spicy)
• 12 lb pastrami

1. Mix cream cheese and party mix.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on flour tortilla.
3. Layer meat and spinach.
4. Sprinkle with pepper.
5. Roll up tortilla.
6. Slice into rolls.
